Our Family Missionary

We were so excited in May of 2007 to learn that our nephew/cousin would be serving in the Eugene, OR mission! It was Sept. 2008 when he was transferred into our area and was companions with a missionary that had been in our ward that we all loved! They were able to join us for Thanksgiving and then again for Christmas dinners. What a fun way to celebrate the Holidays!! Thank you Elder Davis!

New Baby

August 20th, 2008 we had our sixth child and first girl! She is 6 months now and has added such joy to our lives, as with any baby. We will never be the same. Every day we tell her how beautiful she is to the point that I think she thinks that's her name! She is really interactive now and smiles a giggles. She loves to play with a certain duck toy the neighbor gave us for her when she was born (that's interesting since she was born in Eugene and the Oregon Mascot is the duck!). I'm finally getting the swing of Motherhood again. I find the first few months to be an adjustable swing! Am I the only one? By what other mothers have said, I think now!
