I woke up this morning and thought of the Stake Women's Conference I attended yesterday morning. It was such an inspiring conference where several inspired speakers bore testimony of the power of the Savior in our lives. Each class was different, but each testified of truth. It seems that each time I hear this scripture, I'm impressed with the thought that I need to post it in our home. So today I looked it up and printed it out. It is the scripture I think of each time I think of the central focus of what we are teaching our children.
The whole scripture reads:
And we talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophecies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins.
2 Nephi 25:26
My prayer is that by teaching our children of the power of the atoning sacrifice of the Savior, they may develop a pure knowledge and understanding of the meaning of this powerful scripture. I hope they come to know as I have.
